These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CosLore ("the Service").

By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

■ 1. Service Description

CosLore provides AI-assisted image and video editing services based on content provided by customers.

We strive to deliver high-quality results; however, due to the nature of AI technology, we do not guarantee that the output will perfectly match the customer’s expectations or intent.

■ 2. Use of External AI Services

We use third-party AI services for image and video processing.

Customer-provided data may be transmitted to external AI servers for processing.

Use of such services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

We do not have full control over how external AI services store or manage data.

■ 3. Personal Data and Uploaded Content

Images and data provided by customers (including facial images) are used solely for the purpose of service delivery.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

All customer data will be deleted within 14 days after delivery completion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit any uploaded content.

■ 4. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not submit or use content that:

  • Infringes on third-party rights (copyright, trademark, portrait rights, etc.)
  • Contains images of individuals without consent
  • Violates laws or public order and morality
  • Is illegal or inappropriate in any form

We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.

■ 5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon delivery, usage rights of the final output are granted to the customer.

We may use delivered works as portfolio or promotional examples only with prior explicit permission from the customer.

Without permission, no content will be publicly shared.

■ 6. Usage Scope & Restrictions

The delivered content may be used for:

  • Social media posting
  • Video sharing platforms
  • Personal websites or blogs
  • Personal portfolios
  • Monetized social media accounts

However, the following uses are not permitted without prior written consent:

  • Advertising, marketing, or promotional campaigns
  • Corporate or commercial business use
  • Merchandise, printing, or product distribution
  • Resale or redistribution of the generated content
  • NFT or digital asset commercialization
  • Trademark registration or similar use

Customers are responsible for verifying the legal status of any characters, designs, or copyrighted material used.

We do not provide copyright clearance or licensing services.

Any disputes arising from content usage are the sole responsibility of the customer.

■ 7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations before production begins are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations after production has started but before draft delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds are provided after draft delivery or once production has progressed significantly.

Refunds are not available after final delivery except in cases of serious fault on our part.

■ 8. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party AI services, including downtime, errors, or data issues.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, consistency, or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of delivered content, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

■ 9. Data Retention & Deletion

All customer data is deleted within 14 days after project completion.

We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe when possible.

■ 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will become effective once published on this website.

■ 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the operator’s place of business.
